May be you want to stay motivated, but you can’t get self motivated for a long period of time. It’s very important to have a strong reason, why you want yourself to stay motivated all then time? What is that thing that encourages you to do more, be more motivated? Give yourself a strong reason for your hard work. If you will have a strong reason, it will straight build half of the motivation inside you. So whatever you are doing always keep a good reason with yourself.

Imagining yourself in the situation where you want to be, gives you subconscious mind a signal that you are already there. Feel yourself in that situation. Whenever you feel demotivated just imagine yourself winning over the situation.

When you will imagine yourself winning, in your mind, your brain will force you to take actions related to it to make it a reality. Motivation always comes from within, its come from inside, so if you are not feeling good about yourself then who will?

Never expect too much

Sometimes we all expect too much from ourselves, that when we fail to achieve that something we get demotivated and create a wrong belief that we can’t do this. Expecting too much from yourself is not bad, what we do is, we expect too much from ourselves doing the same amount of efforts as we doing before.

The bigger is your goal, the bigger are the efforts required to achieve it. If you think you can achieve anything with the same number of efforts, you will end upas a failure my friend. This is very important point to remember to stay motivated to study or anything else.

We make goals, we give ourselves a reason but we don’t believe in ourselves. This is one the reason behind the demotivation. You have to strongly believe in yourself as much you believe in your goals. After all it’s you who is going to take action, if you will not believe in your actions then how can it come true?

Do affirmations, speak positive about yourself. Avoid if there is anything which make you think negative about yourself.

Comparing yourself is among one of the worst habits of humans. We don’t concentrate on what we have or what we have achieved. Instead we will look at the achievements of others. If you will clearly see, at one or another level everyone is comparing himself with the others.

You need to believe that you are also best in your field. Comparing yourself with others is like Your own house is made of gold, but you still like the one made with glass because it shines brighter in sunshine.

Comparing yourself with other will make you nothing but less motivated. So, stop making unnecessary comparisons if you want to stay motivated all the time………
